ABOUT VOLTZ

Family Owned. Safety First. Since 2017.

Founded in 2017 by Navy veteran Tim Voelz, with his son Kyler, a firefighter at the time, by his side and one Ford van. Today we're a family team of 60, and customers still tell us the same two things: we're polite, and we leave it clean.

OUR COMMUNITY

Proud to Serve Northeast Florida

Serving our area means more than fixing a bad breaker. It means helping families stay safe through storm season, keeping older homes up to code and making sure the new ones are wired right from day one. From historic homes in Riverside and San Marco to new builds in Nocatee and on Fleming Island, we know the houses here.

Permit and inspection rules differ between the City of Jacksonville and Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. We pull the permits, meet the inspectors and explain each step, so you always know what's happening and why.
